An intentionally held gathering for women seeking space to pause, reflect and reconnect.
My Tribe is a small, guided circle designed to offer presence, clarity and grounded conversation. In a calm and carefully curated environment, we open with simple ritual, reflect on the current collective energy, and move into thoughtful dialogue and embodied practice.
This is not therapy.
It is not performance.
It is a space to be seen — and to see more clearly.
Each gathering includes:
• Opening ritual
• Reflection aligned with the New or Full Moon
• Guided conversation
• Gentle embodied grounding practice
• Journaling and integration
• Tea and light refreshments
• Small group setting (maximum 10 women)
There is no pressure to share.
You are welcomed exactly as you are.
